SCHOOL BRAIN / ONWARDSYNC
Give policies, HR manuals, student handbooks, and the links teachers use every day a searchable home inside your school workspace.
// WHY IT MATTERS 01
Important school guidance often lives in a document someone saved months ago, a bookmark shared in a meeting, or a handbook that staff know exists but cannot quickly locate. School Brain puts approved resources in one place. Leaders upload documents and organize links; staff can browse what is shared with them and ask a question to get an answer grounded in the available document text, with a way back to the source.
// WHAT YOU CAN DO 02
Add PDF, DOCX, or TXT policy manuals, HR manuals, student handbooks, and other school resources. Files are stored privately.
Ask a question in plain language. Answers use the document text available to your role and cite the source documents.
Save the web tools and sites staff open often, with a title, category, and one place to browse them.
Mark each document or link for staff or leadership. Leadership-only materials stay out of staff views and answers.
Resources are scoped to a school and its workspace membership, so teams browse their own library.
Leaders can add new material and remove resources that no longer belong in the school collection.
// IN THE SCHOOL DAY 03
Browse the staff handbook and open the recurring links collected by the school team.
Ask School Brain, read its answer, and open the cited document to verify the exact language.
Add a resource for leadership so it is available to the right colleagues without appearing in staff searches.
// FREQUENTLY ASKED 04
School Brain accepts PDF, DOCX, and plain text documents up to 15 MB each. Scanned PDFs without selectable text can be stored, but their contents cannot be searched or used to answer questions until text is available.
A school leader or organization administrator adds links to the library. Staff can browse and open links shared with them.
Answers are generated from available document excerpts and include source references. Review the cited document for decisions that depend on exact policy language; the tool can say when the available sources do not answer a question.
Each resource has an audience. A school can share appropriate materials with staff or keep them leadership-only.
